Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to BuildUI’s websites, applications, AI-assisted generation tools, exports, subscriptions, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use BuildUI for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. A higher minimum age may apply where you live. You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, maintain access to your primary email, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including connected Google and GitHub accounts, uploaded files, generated output, and connected authentication accounts. You may not share an individual account in a way that defeats plan limits.

3. The Service and AI output

BuildUI converts user instructions and materials into source code, summaries, and related output. AI systems are probabilistic. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, inaccessible, non-original, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, and validating output before use or release.

Feature availability, models, formats, queues, rate limits, and credit estimates may change. We may apply reasonable limits to protect reliability, safety, and fair use. Beta or preview features may be modified or discontinued and may receive less support.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BuildUI and its providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service under the Privacy Policy.

As between you and BuildUI, and to the extent permitted by law, you own generated output after applicable fees are paid. Because AI output may be similar across users and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection, BuildUI does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, or protectability.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for submitted content and requested processing. Do not upload confidential or regulated information unless your agreement with BuildUI expressly permits it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law or rights; build malware or phishing interfaces; exploit or attack systems; facilitate fraud, impersonation, harassment, or surveillance; generate sexual content involving minors; infringe intellectual property; bypass usage, credit, or security controls; scrape or resell the Service; reverse engineer protected portions; or upload credentials, access tokens, or harmful code for unauthorized use.

Security research must follow a published vulnerability-disclosure process. We may investigate suspected violations and suspend processing while we protect users and systems.

6. Plans, billing, credits, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until canceled. Prices, taxes, billing period, and included credits are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; paid access continues through the current billing period unless law requires otherwise.

Plan credits reset at renewal. Up to one month of unused plan credits may roll over while the same paid subscription remains active. Reward credits expire 12 months after issue unless stated otherwise. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or errors.

We restore credits for qualifying failed generations. Except where law requires a refund or a written guarantee applies, subscription charges are non-refundable after access or credits are used. Pricing changes apply no earlier than the next renewal after reasonable notice.

7. Referrals and rewards

When a referred user verifies a new account, both the inviter and invited user may receive 3 reward credits. When the referred user starts and retains an eligible paid plan through the refund window, the inviter may receive 20 additional credits. Limits, eligibility periods, and campaign values shown in-product control.

You may not send unsolicited bulk invitations, refer yourself, create duplicate accounts, misrepresent BuildUI, buy or sell referral activity, or use automated or misleading promotion. Rewards are capped at 200 credits per account per month unless a campaign states otherwise. We may withhold or reverse rewards for abuse.

8. Third-party services

Google and GitHub authentication, Stripe billing, OpenAI, and other enabled providers are governed by their own terms. BuildUI is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or changes. Connecting a service authorizes only the permissions presented in that flow. Roadmap integrations such as Figma, repository access, and deployment are not enabled at launch.

9. BuildUI intellectual property

The Service, brand, interface, models and routing, documentation, templates supplied by BuildUI, and underlying software are owned by BuildUI and its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the agreement. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly as its source without permission.

10. Confidentiality

If you receive non-public information clearly identified or reasonably understood as confidential, you will use reasonable care, use it only for the relationship, and disclose it only to people who need it and are bound to protect it. This does not cover information independently developed, lawfully obtained, public without breach, or required to be disclosed by law.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BUILDUI DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT IS CORRECT, SECURE, UNIQUE, ACCESSIBLE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDUI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. BUILDUI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BUILDUI IN THAT PERIOD. LOCAL LAW MAY NOT ALLOW SOME LIMITATIONS.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify BuildUI from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from BuildUI’s breach or willful misconduct.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to users or systems. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability limits, and disputes.

15. Governing law and disputes

The final commercial Terms must identify BuildUI’s place of incorporation, governing law, venue, consumer exceptions, and any arbitration or class-action waiver adopted after legal review. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or the right to contact a regulator.

Before filing a formal claim, contact info@buildui.pro and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless urgent relief or local law permits otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, risks, law, or business practices. Material changes will be announced through the Service or email and will apply prospectively. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
